Rameshwar Nath Kao was born in 1918 in Banaras. He belonged to Kashmir  Pandit family. Basically he was too much dedicated for the nation and wanted to serve the country. That is why, after being graduated and completed an MA from Allahabad University, he took his steps forward towards the preparation of IPS. With a lot of hard work and determination, he got selected as an IPS Officer and joined the Indian Intelligence Bureau. He was also known as the “James Bond of India” because he was the only man in India who give an idea of espionage externally.

After joining the Intelligence Bureau and with the passage of time, he took responsibility to provide security to Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru. He served under him and Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru got too much impressed from his dedication towards the nation. At that point in time, only the Intelligence Bureau was responsible for both the domestic as well as foreign intelligence gathering. In 1962 Indo-China war, Indian Intelligence Bureau applied its hard efforts to gather information both internally as well as externally, but IB simply did not get accurate information from both sides.

So from that war onwards, Pandit Nehru decided to form another Intelligence Agency which will work in the collaboration with Intelligence Bureau to perform Operations externally.

Conclusion;

This web series will reflect the espionage of R&AW’s 1st Chief Rameshwar Nath Kao and is directed by Karan Johar. Actually we say that only Indian Armed Forces play an important role for the country’s protection but we people do not know that Indian Armed forces take action and perform their operations only with the consultation of Indian Intelligence agencies like R&AW, Intelligence Bureau, Defense Intelligence Agency etc. They are the branches of a nation because the spies are being sent to other countries in order to collect intelligence and then these spies provide information to their particular agencies and after that Defense forces take actions.
